MEET THE FOUNDER

Harold Ricardo

 MSN, FNP, BSN, RN

Founder & CEO, Eterna Aesthetics & Wellness

Founder, Auri Aesthetics Academy

 Harold Ricardo is a healthcare professional, entrepreneur, aesthetic medicine educator, and the visionary behind Eterna Aesthetics & Wellness and Auri Aesthetics Academy.

His professional journey began in high-acuity healthcare environments, including Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine, where he developed a strong clinical foundation in patient assessment, critical thinking, safety, and evidence-based care.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Harold continued his advanced nursing education, completing his Master of Science in Nursing and Family Nurse Practitioner program, further expanding his knowledge in comprehensive patient care, prevention, wellness, and advanced clinical practice.

His passion for aesthetic medicine led him to pursue specialized training in facial anatomy, neuromodulators, dermal fillers, facial balancing, and advanced injectable techniques.

Throughout his career in aesthetics, Harold developed a philosophy centered on one principle: aesthetic medicine should enhance the individual rather than transform them. His approach emphasizes facial harmony, proportion, precision, safety, and sophisticated, natural-looking outcomes.

Recognizing the need for comprehensive education and professional support within the rapidly evolving field of aesthetic medicine, Harold founded Auri Aesthetics Academy to create an environment where healthcare professionals could receive advanced aesthetic education while developing the clinical judgment and confidence necessary for responsible practice.

His entrepreneurial vision subsequently expanded beyond education and individual aesthetic practice toward the development of a broader professional network connecting aesthetic medicine, healthcare education, clinical oversight, wellness, primary care, telehealth, and technology.

Today, his mission is centered on building organizations that empower both patients and healthcare professionals while maintaining an unwavering commitment to clinical excellence, education, innovation, safety, and integrity.
